Mel Fallea

Managing Director

Thank you for taking the time to look at our website. When I first established Hipps in 2005 my goals were to provide a personal service, one that made people feel secure in the selling or buying of their home, and 16 years later our intentions have not altered. Through our work we aspire to provide the best possible moving experience for all our clients. Having lived in Guildford all my life my local knowledge is unrivalled and I’m proud to say I love my job.

Mike Collins

Associate Director

Mike has been working in the local residential market for over 30 years. He initially worked for a large corporate estate agency for several years managing branches in the area. Mike lives with his wife and daughter in Guildford and can often be found walking his Labrador (Brodie) in the Chantries and countryside. Mike brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding having lived in this area all his life.

Anita Fallea

Office Manager

Anita has worked for Hipps since we opened in 2005, providing the company with her impeccable organisational skills. Initially behind the scenes overseeing the company accounts operations, Anita has recently taken on the role of Office Manager. When Anita is not working, she loves to travel and spend time with her family.

LuLu

Office Dog

Lulu has been part of the Hipps team since 2016. She loves sitting in the office window saying hello to everyone walking by.
