Looking at some of the comments already made about Mel there is really very little that I can add that would describe how good our experience of dealing with Hipps Estate agents has been. We have recently sold a property after a long process. It was not plain sailing as it seemed that our property was quirky which required a lot of creative input from Mel. What was important to us was that at no stage during the journey did Mel suggest that we should drop the price to push for an easy sale. What he did do was use all of his years of experience to market the property using many various methods to obtain the best possible return possible. This showed Mel to be the most genuine of people who cared about his customers at a level you would not find in any of the larger estate agents in Guildford and we know this from experience prior to listing our property with Hipps. It only leaves me to say that if you are in the market for a property in Guildford Hipps is the only estate agents to use and go to solely because of Mel.
